We have built, and continue to build, strong relationships with top national lenders that specialize in commercial real estate financing. At S&W, we focus on locating the absolute best rates and programs that fit your financing needs. We analyze the property you plan to acquire or refinance, factor in your needs and goals, then negotiate with multiple lending sources to secure the best deal possible.

We save time. Having to locate appropriate lenders, speak with each of them and answer questions, and provide them each with property information can be a huge hassle. When you are ready to finance, you make one phone call to us, send us the information necessary to obtain a solid quote, and we take care of the rest!
We supply the best rates and terms. Our relationships with lenders, combined with our market knowledge and negotiating skills, allow us to secure for you the best interest rates and loan programs out there.
We represent YOU. When working directly with a lender, their fiduciary duty will always lie with the company. When you solicit our help, we are working in your best interest only, and will only give advice and make recommendations that benefit you. We also keep frequent contact with the lender during the closing process to make sure things are flowing and are proactive in identifying and eliminating any potential problems that may affect the closing.
We provide you with a free analysis. We review all of your financials, put them into formats that are acceptable to lenders, and advise you on the maximum loan proceeds you could obtain and what types of programs you would qualify for. If you decide after this analysis that it is not the right time to refinance, or not the right property to acquire, then you don’t waste time and money going through the loan application process, and we don’t charge a fee for our analysis.
We provide free review of purchase contracts for investors acquiring new property. Purchase contracts can be very one-sided and have a tendency to favor the seller, so we are happy to review your purchase agreement and recommend revisions that will make the contract fair and more favorable to you.
